You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. If you have previously registered a self-exclusion through homebet or through any PAGCOR-administered exclusion program, you are not eligible to register a new Account or continue using an existing Account during the applicable exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material violation of these Terms.

KYC verification is a prerequisite for: (a) making a real-money deposit; (b) engaging in any real-money gaming activity; and (c) requesting any withdrawal. homebet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, proof of source of funds, or enhanced due diligence documentation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are converted to Philippine Peso equivalent at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of confirmed deposit receipt. homebet bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
homebet complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. homebet reserves the right to delay or refuse the processing of any withdrawal or deposit where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the transaction may be related to money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity. homebet is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without notification to the Account holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, homebet's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your homebet Wallet at the time the claim arises. homebet shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or opportunity; losses arising from third-party payment processing delays; losses caused by events outside homebet's reasonable control including internet service disruptions, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events; or losses arising from your violation of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits homebet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted under Philippine law.
homebet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon legitimate Account termination by homebet (i.e., where termination is not the result of Player misconduct), any verified real-money balance held in the Wallet at the time of termination will be returned to the Player via the Player's last verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Balances held in accounts terminated for breach of these Terms, including any bonus funds and winnings accrued through prohibited conduct, are subject to forfeiture.
A Player may voluntarily close their homebet Account at any time by contacting homebet's customer support. Voluntary Account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method following completion of applicable withdrawal checks.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the homebet Platform, your Account, a game outcome, a bonus, or any transaction, you should first contact homebet's customer support team through the 24/7 live chat available within the Platform or by email to the address provided in Section 16 of these Terms. homebet aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt of complete information sufficient to investigate the matter.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights to seek relief through competent Philippine courts or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 13, you and homebet agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the homebet Platform.
homebet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their homebet Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect (except where a shorter notice period is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons).
Your continued use of the homebet Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.
